This adapter allows a Cardo Packtalk Edge intercom to mount directly to helmets equipped with the Scorpion EXO-Com communication mounting point. Instead of using adhesive pads or clamp mounts, the adapter attaches to the helmet's built-in communication slot for a clean and secure installation.
Using the factory mounting location keeps the intercom positioned closer to the helmet and provides a more integrated, factory-style appearance. It also avoids common issues riders experience with adhesive mounts such as peeling, shifting, or difficulty mounting to curved helmet shells.
Each adapter is 3D printed from carbon fiber reinforced PA12 nylon, a strong engineering material chosen for its durability and excellent impact resistance. It is designed to handle real riding conditions and holds up well to vibration, sun exposure, and changing weather and contains at least 50% recycled material to reduce environmental impact.
Installation takes only a few seconds. The adapter fits into the EXO-Com mounting point and provides a mounting interface for the Cardo Packtalk Edge cradle.
