U.S. Shipping

Josh’s Widgets offers free standard shipping on all U.S. orders.

Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

International Shipping

International shipping is available to eligible destinations and is calculated at checkout.

Delivery times vary by destination, shipping service, customs processing, and local carrier conditions. International transit times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Customers are responsible for any duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees, or other import charges required by their country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless they are specifically shown at checkout.

Address Accuracy

Please review your shipping address carefully before placing your order.

Josh’s Widgets is not responsible for delays, returned packages, or lost shipments caused by an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address provided at checkout.

If an order is returned because of an address issue, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, customs processing, service interruptions, incorrect addresses, or events outside our control.

Once an order has been accepted by the carrier, delivery timing is controlled by that carrier.

Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, you received the wrong item, or you believe a shipment may be lost, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and any relevant photos.

We will review the issue and work with you toward a resolution.
