Welcome to Josh’s Widgets. Josh’s Widgets operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services, to provide customers with a shopping experience (the “Services”).
Josh’s Widgets is powered by Shopify, which enables the Services provided through this website.
These Terms of Service, together with any policies referenced here, describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services. Please read them carefully, as they include important information about legal rights, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

Josh’s Widgets makes reasonable efforts to provide accurate representations of products and services. However, colors, materials, finishes, dimensions, and product appearance may vary slightly based on your device, screen settings, lighting, or the manufacturing process.
Many Josh’s Widgets products are designed for specific helmets, Cardo communicator models, vehicles, equipment, or applications. Product compatibility information should be reviewed carefully before ordering. Unless specifically stated otherwise, products are not universal.
Many products are manufactured using professional 3D-printing processes. Layer lines, surface texture, minor cosmetic variation, and differences in finish between printed surfaces can be normal characteristics of the manufacturing process when accurately disclosed or shown in the product listing.
Josh’s Widgets does not guarantee that a product will meet every customer expectation or appear exactly as shown on every device. Product descriptions, availability, pricing, and specifications may be changed at any time without notice.
Josh’s Widgets reserves the right to discontinue a product or limit quantities offered to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction.
3. Orders
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Josh’s Widgets may accept or decline an order at its discretion. An order is not accepted until acceptance is confirmed and payment is processed.
Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Cancellation requests may not be able to be accommodated after an order has been accepted, prepared, or shipped.
If an order cannot be accepted, must be changed, or is canceled, Josh’s Widgets will attempt to notify you using the email address, billing address, shipping address, or phone number provided with the order.
Purchases are subject to the Return & Refund Policy.
4. Prices and Billing
Prices, discounts, and promotions may change without notice. The price charged will be the price in effect when you place your order and will be shown in your order confirmation.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, posted prices do not include applicable taxes, customs charges, duties, import fees, or other government charges. Shipping charges, when applicable, are shown during checkout.
Prices in the online store may differ from prices offered through third-party marketplaces, retailers, or other sales channels.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase, payment, and account information. You agree to promptly update your email address, payment details, and other information as needed to process transactions and contact you regarding your order.
You represent and warrant that:

- You are authorized to use the payment method provided.
- Charges incurred by you will be honored by your payment provider.
- You will pay all charges incurred at the posted price, including applicable shipping charges and taxes.
5. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery dates and transit times are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. Carrier delays, customs processing, weather, service interruptions, and other circumstances outside the reasonable control of Josh’s Widgets may affect delivery.
If an order is delayed, damaged, lost, or otherwise affected during shipment, please contact Josh’s Widgets so the situation can be reviewed and an appropriate resolution determined.
For international orders, customers may be responsible for applicable customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, import fees, or other charges assessed by the destination country.
Nothing in this section limits rights provided by applicable law.

The Services, including trademarks, branding, text, product descriptions, displays, images, graphics, product reviews, videos, audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement of these materials, are owned by Josh’s Widgets, its licensors, or content providers and are protected by United States and foreign intellectual-property laws.

Josh’s Widgets names, logos, product names, designs, and slogans are trademarks or trade dress of Josh’s Widgets or their respective owners. You may not use them without prior written permission.
Cardo, Shoei, HJC, NEXX, Scorpion, BMW, and other referenced brand names are trademarks of their respective owners. Josh’s Widgets is an independent maker and is not affiliated with or endorsed by those brands unless expressly stated.

The Services may provide access to third-party tools that Josh’s Widgets does not monitor, control, or influence.
You acknowledge and agree that these tools may be provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties, representations, conditions, or endorsements of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Josh’s Widgets is not liable for issues arising from your use of optional third-party tools.
Your use of third-party tools is at your own risk and discretion. You should review and understand the applicable third-party terms before using them.
Any new features, tools, or resources offered through the Services are also subject to these Terms.

Josh’s Widgets is powered by Shopify, which enables the Services provided through this store. However, sales and purchases made through the store are made directly with Josh’s Widgets.
By using the Services, you acknowledge that Shopify is not the seller of products purchased from Josh’s Widgets and is not responsible for the fulfillment of orders or product-related claims except to the extent separately provided by Shopify or required by applicable law.
10. Privacy Policy
Personal information collected through the Services is subject to the Privacy Policy. Certain information may also be subject to Shopify’s Privacy Policy.
Because the Services are hosted by Shopify, Shopify may collect and process personal information about your access to and use of the Services to provide and improve its services.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the Services may be brought in the state or federal courts located in Arkansas.
Nothing in this section deprives a consumer of protections or legal rights that cannot be waived under the laws applicable to that consumer.

Updates to these Terms apply prospectively from their stated effective date. Changes will not retroactively reduce rights or materially alter the terms applicable to an order already placed, except where required by applicable law.
Continued use of the Services after updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms to the extent permitted by law.
