I was out paddling with family this weekend and I brought along four of these connectors because we've been having so many problems with the seat snapping back on our lifetime kayaks. It was such a relief having a reliable connector available. I actually had to use all of them. Installation was simple and they fit very well. I will likely preemptively replace all of the connectors on our lifetime kayaks with this item. Thankfully, we had a pleasant paddle without anybody straining their back.

I bought these to replace the factory set that came on my Lifetime Tioga Angler 100 kayak seat. they look and feel heavier/sturdy and I can't wait to use them! I'm waiting for one more piece from Amazon to finish my revamp of the kayak. Great product, I hope they last me a long time, and if not, theyre a price Im willing to pay again.
I have two old lifetime 8' kayaks. First I bought the replacement brackets from Amazon. They are obviously for newer kayaks and weren't wide enough. When I Google lensed the bracket, these showed up in my search. So glad they did! These fit perfectly and no more two part brackets to break. Fast shipping, packaged well.
