This adapter allows Cardo 1st Gen Packtalk intercom units (Bold, Black, Smartpack) to be mounted directly to HJC helmets that use the HJC Smart intercom mounting system. Instead of using adhesive pads or clamp mounts, the adapter installs into the helmet's existing Smart mount location, creating a clean and secure mounting solution.

By using the built-in Smart slot, the intercom sits closer to the helmet and maintains a more integrated look. It also avoids the common issues riders experience with adhesive mounts, such as peeling, shifting, or difficulty finding a flat mounting surface on modern helmet shells.

Each adapter is 3D printed from carbon fiber reinforced PA12 nylon, a strong engineering material chosen for its durability and excellent impact resistance. It is designed to handle real riding conditions and holds up well to vibration, sun exposure, and changing weather and contains at least 50% recycled material to reduce environmental impact.

Installation takes only a few seconds. Simply remove the factory HJC Smart insert and replace it with the adapter. The adapter provides a mounting point for the Cardo cradle used by compatible Packtalk systems.
