Alpinestars S-R7 Helmet Adapter for Cardo Packtalk Edge – 3D Printed Carbon Fiber Mount

This adapter allows Cardo Packtalk intercom units to be mounted directly to the Alpinestars S-R7 helmet. Instead of using adhesive pads or clamp mounts, the adapter installs into the helmet’s existing intercom mounting location, creating a clean and secure mounting solution.

By using the helmet’s built-in mounting location, the intercom sits closer to the helmet and maintains a more integrated look. It also avoids common issues riders experience with adhesive mounts, such as peeling, shifting, or difficulty finding a flat mounting surface on modern helmet shells.

Each adapter is 3D printed from carbon fiber reinforced PA12 nylon, a strong engineering material chosen for its durability and excellent impact resistance. It is designed to handle real riding conditions and holds up well to vibration, sun exposure, and changing weather. The material also contains at least 50% recycled content to reduce environmental impact.

Installation takes only a few seconds. Simply remove the factory insert and replace it with the adapter, which then provides a mounting point for the Cardo cradle used by Packtalk Edge, Packtalk Neo, Packtalk Pro, and Packtalk Custom systems.
